Everything you need to know

Planning a website, mobile app, UX/UI design or custom digital platform? Explore answers about AYone’s services, project process, pricing, timelines, collaboration and support.

Starting a Project

Can AYone help us shape an early project idea?

Yes. You do not need a complete brief or detailed technical specification before contacting us. We can help you clarify the idea, identify the target users, define the main workflows and prioritize the most valuable features.

The result is a clearer and more realistic project scope that can guide the design and development process.

What do you need from us to start?

A simple explanation of your business, the problem you want to solve and the people who will use the product is enough for the first discussion.

Existing documents, references, competitor examples, brand guidelines, technical information and user feedback can help, but they are not required at the beginning.

How does a project start with AYone?

A project normally begins with a discovery session. We discuss your objectives, users, required functionality, current challenges, timeline and available budget.
Based on that discussion, we recommend the most suitable project scope, approach and next steps before design or development begins.

Do you offer a discovery session?

Yes. We offer an initial discovery session to understand your idea, business objectives and current challenges.

This session helps both sides evaluate the project, identify key requirements and determine whether AYone is the right partner for the work.

Can you help us write the project requirements?

Yes. We can transform your initial idea or business needs into structured requirements.
Depending on the project, this may include user roles, user journeys, core features, functional requirements, priorities, technical considerations and the scope of the first release.

How will we follow the project’s progress?

You will receive regular progress updates and participate in planned review stages.
Depending on the project, we may use Figma, project-management tools, shared documents and online meetings to present the work, collect feedback and confirm important decisions.

Can you help us choose the right technology?

Yes. Our recommendations are based on the project’s functionality, expected usage, budget, scalability and long-term maintenance needs.

We avoid selecting technology only because it is popular. The objective is to choose a reliable solution that fits the product and remains manageable after launch.

Pricing and Budget

How much does a digital project cost?

The cost depends on the project’s scope, number of features, user roles, integrations, design requirements and technical complexity.

After understanding your needs, we provide a proposal that clearly explains the deliverables, timeline, responsibilities and estimated investment.

Can AYone work with a fixed budget?

Yes. When the available budget is known, we can identify the highest-priority needs and recommend a realistic scope.

This may involve simplifying secondary functionality, dividing the project into phases or beginning with a focused MVP before investing in a larger version.

Do you offer fixed-price projects?
Yes, when the requirements and deliverables are sufficiently clear. A fixed-price proposal defines the agreed scope, timeline, deliverables and payment milestones. For evolving products or ongoing work, a monthly or time-based collaboration may be more appropriate.

How are project payments structured?

Payments are generally divided into milestones linked to the main stages of the project. The exact payment schedule is defined in the commercial proposal and agreed upon before work begins.

Are third-party costs included?

Third-party costs are identified separately whenever possible. These may include hosting, domains, premium plugins, external APIs, software licences, payment providers or app-store accounts.

The proposal will clarify which costs are included in AYone’s services and which services must be purchased directly by the client.

Can we launch an MVP first?

Yes. An MVP allows you to launch the most valuable part of your product without building every planned feature at once. We help identify the essential user journey and functionality needed for the first release. Additional features can then be prioritized using real feedback and business needs.

Websites, Apps, UX/UI and Custom Software

Does AYone build custom websites or use templates?

AYone designs and develops websites based on each company’s brand, audience and business objectives. Depending on the project, we may create a fully custom solution or use a reliable content-management system when it provides better value, easier management and faster delivery.

Our priority is to select the right approach rather than forcing every project into the same technology or template.

Can you redesign an existing website without affecting its SEO?

Yes. A website redesign can preserve existing organic visibility when the migration is planned carefully. We review important URLs, content, metadata, internal links, redirects and technical SEO requirements before launching the new website.

When necessary, we can also improve the website’s structure, mobile experience, performance and search-engine accessibility during the redesign.

Do you develop mobile apps for iOS and Android?

Yes. AYone designs and develops mobile applications for Android and iOS. Depending on the product’s functionality, performance requirements, budget and roadmap, we may recommend a cross-platform or native development approach.

We can manage the complete process, including product definition, UX/UI design, development, testing and app-store submission support.

What is included in your UX/UI design service?

Our UX/UI design service can include user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interface design, responsive states, interactive prototypes, design systems and developer-ready specifications.

The exact deliverables depend on the project. We can design a complete digital product or improve specific journeys within an existing website, application, dashboard or platform.

Can AYone build custom software for our business?

Yes. We design and develop custom software around specific business processes and user needs. This can include management platforms, internal tools, customer portals, booking systems, dashboards, marketplaces and multi-user web applications. We begin by understanding the existing workflow, then define a solution that can reduce manual work, centralize information and support future growth.

Can you integrate with our existing systems?

Yes. We can connect websites, applications and custom platforms with existing software when a secure integration method is available.

This may include APIs, CRM systems, payment providers, booking tools, analytics platforms, email services, maps and other third-party solutions. Each integration is reviewed before development to confirm its requirements and limitations.

Collaboration and Ownership

Can AYone work with our existing team?
Yes. AYone can collaborate with your internal developers, designers, product managers, marketing team or external technical partners. We can manage the complete project or take responsibility for a specific area, such as product definition, UX/UI design, frontend development, custom software development or design-system creation.

Who owns the design files and source code?
After the project is completed and the agreed payments are settled, the client receives the deliverables defined in the contract. These may include editable design files, source code, documentation and access to the relevant project repositories. Important accounts such as domains, hosting, analytics and app-store accounts should normally remain under the client’s ownership. Third-party tools and services remain subject to their own licensing conditions.
