The architecture was built around visitor intent: discover the place, understand the activities, choose an accommodation, and book without friction. A WhatsApp-based booking integration preserved the human warmth of Imed’s direct communication style while giving visitors a clear, professional channel for inquiries and reservations.
Sustainability credentials — certifications, “no trace” principles, SPAMI partner status, local procurement — were surfaced prominently, transforming environmental responsibility from a footnote into a competitive advantage and trust signal.
